TreasureCon is a passion project from Collector’s Treasure! We’re a TCG speciality shop operating in Perth, with our flagship store opening soon in WA. We’re a small team with a huge passion for TCG, collectables and creating a spectacular event for the community. We’ve gone all out renting a premium venue for maximum comfort for our vendors, applying what we’d love to see as vendors ourselves at local markets and events. We hope to make this weekend memorable and help you reach a new audience. The venue capacity is 4000 people over two days, so you’ll be able to meet lots of great new buyers and enthusiasts.

  2. Upon approval, you'll receive an invoice with your booth allocation details

  3. Payment confirms your participation — once paid, you're officially part of TreasureCon!

  5. Cross-promotion guaranteed — we'll feature you across our social channels and paid promotional campaigns!

  6. Receive your official vendor pack with detailed event information, setup guidelines, and exclusive vendor resources.

The Specifics

Thanks to sponsor support (TBA) we’re able to make entry to TreasureCon even cheaper and simpler for our vendors! 

We know backing a new convention can be taking a leap of faith, so we’re exited to announce our new vendor rates. (Inc GST) 

3×1 table $250 (wall + table + 2 chairs)

3×3 booth $950 (BYO furniture, lights + basic power)

Add-ons available for furniture ($80 per table and 2 chairs) and power ($50 per day).

You are able to bring shelving and a sign, or a standard sign will be provided for you. All vendors will receive identification badges for their team. You must bring a tablecloth, though this can be any colour, and any display materials you wish to bring. Any large items must be cleared with security first for safety reasons.

  • Vendors who have already paid prior to sponsorship pricing will be automatically upgraded into a booth space. 

  • Power is 240V. 

  • For multiple tables or booth options please contact vendors@treasurecon.com.au to hear about our multi purchase discount. 

  • Booth and table priority is provided to those who pay their invoice first. Places filling fast. 

Bump in time from 1pm Friday of TreasureCon weekend. Bump out when venue clears. Vendors will be given timings in block allocation. f you choose to bump in Saturday morning you must be in the venue and fully unloaded by 8am. A member of staff will be there to help you. The venue has internal and external professional security, including overnight security, to keep your items safe.
